Victoria Senkpiel cofounded one of the world’s biggest online beauty subscription services, Glossybox, which delivers hand-picked products to hundreds of thousands of homes each month. Based in Stockholm, she now works as a haute footwear designer for her own self-named shoe brand while remaining Managing Director for Glossybox in the Nordics. In this episode she discusses the challenges of disrupting the cosmetics industry, why she has put dating on hold in order to fulfil her dreams and her mission to use fashion and beauty products to empower women around the world.
